Frequently Asked Questions

I offer a free, no obligation initial call for us to discuss what you want to achieve from coaching.  This also gives me an opportunity to give you some information about myself and how I work.  Each coaching engagement is personal and bespoke so after our call I will think about your objectives and create a bespoke proposal based on our discussion.  At this point you can decide whether you want to go ahead.  If at any point you wish to terminate our coaching agreement, you may do so, any fees paid for undelivered coaching will be refunded.

As each coaching engagement is personal and bespoke, I don't have a set package price as each package is different.  I can confirm, however, that if we use any external resources such as DiSC these are charged at cost.  All prices will be included in my proposal to you.

This will depend on what you want to achieve from coaching.  If you're objective is very specific we may only need 3 sessions.  If, however, you are a parental transition client I would recommend a longer term engagement covering before, during and after your leave.  Alternatively you may want continuous support through a transition that could last for at least 12 months.

I allocated up to 90 mins for each coaching session.  Group DiSC workshops are longer and can be from half a day, to 2 x half day sessions

Sessions can be rearranged up to 24 hrs in advance without a cancellation charge.  If room is required and the cancellation policy is different from this, this will be communicated with you in advance.

From the start of our coaching journey, I am with you 100% of the way.  Sometimes things crop up between sessions and I encourage clients to contact me so we can arrange a 20-30 min 'unblock' session so you can continue to move forward with your goals.
